The Project Full day photographing food, drink and interior at Habibi, New Brighton.

Location Habibi

The Objective  Habibi opened in April as part of the Victoria Road regeneration in New Brighton; where eastern eats meet western beats. We were onsite to capture the Middle East and North African dishes, selection of drinks and interior. .

The Beginning We spent a full day onsite with the Habibi team to capture the Brooklyn meets Beirut vibe. We photographed a number of dishes from the new menu including; deconstructed kebabs grilled over charcoal, served with home-made flatbreads, colourful salads and side dishes, sat alongside limited edition beers.

The Output  The final edit of images are for multi-media usage including web and social and across different print materials including spec books. The selected images capture the influences and confluence of cultures perfectly. The set back drop, catches the urban graffiti and handmade tiles, subtle, but enough to leave viewers with a sense and feel.
