They came, they cooked, they’re back!
We can’t say how proud we are of the everyone involved for the launch of Wreckfish. The chefs asked us to shoot the menus for the new restaurant in the run up to the launch. We enjoyed shooting and eating this in equal measure.
Some of our faves on the new menu are, the beautifully simple steak tartare, and the Glazed chicken wing, aged feta, watermelon and honey starters. Obviously the classic Braised beef featherblade, mushroom purée, truffle and parmesan chips… and all of the desserts are on point.
